At Sycamore Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include all manuals or accessories to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
